1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sweet Liquor's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website and purchase alcohol products. By confirming your age on our age verification gate, you declare that you are of legal drinking age in Kenya (18+). Sweet Liquor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual products
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product per order
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful M-Pesa payment
  • You will receive an M-Pesa confirmation code as proof of payment
  • Sweet Liquor reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion
  • In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours

5. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Maseno and surrounding areas
  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume
  • A delivery fee may apply depending on your location
  • You must be present to receive your order and verify your age

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
  • Purchase alcohol for anyone under the age of 18
  • Resell our products without prior written consent
  • Use our platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Provide false information when placing an order

7. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Liquor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
